Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with GLAM, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 30%] is required to secure your booking. This will be applied toward your total.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of service, payable via cash, bank transfer, or [add any other accepted payment methods].

• Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
   

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling is requested at least 72 hours prior to the appointment.

• In the event of an emergency or illness on my part, I will do my best to reschedule or offer a trusted replacement stylist.
   

Travel & On-Location Services

• Travel is available for bookings outside my studio location. A travel fee may apply depending on distance and location.

• Parking or toll fees must be covered by the client if applicable.
   

Bridal & Group Bookings

• A trial session is recommended for all brides to ensure satisfaction with the final look.

• Group bookings must be arranged in advance and may require additional stylists depending on size.
   

Client Responsibilities

• Please arrive on time with a clean, makeup-free face and dry hair unless otherwise discussed.

• Inform me of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.
   

Photography & Social Media

• I reserve the right to take and share photos of the final look for portfolio and social media purposes. Let me know in advance if you wish to opt out.
