Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your booking date and time. Full payments made for services are only refundable if the appointment is canceled by GLAM.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new date with at least 72 hours’ notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment. In case of emergencies, please contact me directly to discuss options.
